Now hiring for our Montego Bay Office: RECRUITER Job Summary: We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring candidates. The incumbent will also be required to carry out other Human Resources functions. Specific Duties: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements Source and attract top talent through various channels including databases, social media, networking, etc Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure they meet our standards Manage the full cycle recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices Create adverts in digital and print media where applicable. Liaise with external partners via telephone, email and other media to ensure successful and timely completion of pre-employment processes such as; reference checks and police records (fingerprinting) Spearhead new hire onboarding sessions Liaise with Human Resources and other departments when required during the recruiting and onboarding process Assist with the maintenance of the Application Tracking System Build and maintain a strong pool of candidates for current and future hiring. Execute other Human Resources functions as required. Performs other duties as assigned SKILLS REQUIRED: Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PC Based applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English including proper grammar. Good time management skills Great Listening Skills Proactive Problem-Solving skills Strict Confidentiality Standards Ability to adhere to processes, procedures, and guidelines during the execution of tasks and assignments Proven ability to provide a high level of service.
