Segoso Caribbean, a diverse contact center in Montego Bay, Jamaica, has an outstanding opportunity for a Vice President of Operations BPO Services to join one of the most exciting and fastest growing companies in the industry. This position will be located at our Montego Bay Corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing and leading Pre-Charge Off and Early Stage Receivables. As the Vice President of Operations, you will take part in the development and implementation of strategies for increased performance, revenue achievement, staff development and data analysis. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: serve as an active member of the leadership team and coordinate effectively across the company to develop and implement systems and processes to enhance the operational infrastructure of their division; develop and execute work strategies related to portfolios including scoring and segmentation, dialer campaigns, letter strategies and work efforts; establish and monitor performance metrics and quality control standards; execute collections activities according to FDCPA, local regulations, UDAAP, GLBA, the FCRA and any other applicable governmental and regulatory requirements/laws; Requirements: must have 5 years of VP level Call Center Management experience, prefer a bachelor's degree Business/Management, near shore experience highly preferred, e xcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization, including presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers and/or clients.
