We're currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team, focusing on our Jamaican workforce. This role plays a crucial part in daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and enhancing member experience. Key Responsibilities: -Manage HR administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining calendars.-Maintain accurate and confidential Jamaican member records, ensuring data integrity.-Oversee benefits plans and serve as the primary contact for Jamaican team members regarding health insurance, perks, and more.-Foster positive relationships, address concerns, resolve disputes, and mediate conflicts to promote a harmonious workplace.-Encourage participation in team activities, gather feedback, and work on initiatives to improve member retention.-Support various HR projects including engagement programs, diversity efforts, and system implementations.-Compile and analyze benefits data, generate reports on participation, costs, and compliance, providing insights for program enhancements. Qualifications: - 4-5 years as an HR Generalist, ideally within a BPO environment.-Knowledge with general HR processes-Exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Strong problem-skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively-Ability to maintain integrity, confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.-Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Forms, Canva), strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality.
