Job Summary Overview We are seeking an experienced, talented, and analytical Finance Modeler to join our dynamic finance team. As a Finance Modeler, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing financial models to support new business pricing and strategic decision-making. You will build conceptual models that will help steer the financial investment decisions of our organization. If you have an exceptionally strong background in finance, exemplary quantitative skills, and in-depth experience in contact centers, we encourage you to apply. Position: This position will be remote Job Responsibilities: Financial Modeling: Develop and enhance complex financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and risk exposure. Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth. Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario-based modeling to assess the impact of various business scenarios on financial outcomes. Risk Assessment: Evaluate financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. Contact Center Insights: Leverage your experience in contact centers to enhance financial models and optimize resource allocation. Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and strategy teams to align financial goals with business objectives. Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management. Additional Requirements: Job Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field. C2 Level English Proficiency - Understand almost everything read or heard with ease. Summarize information from a variety of sources into a coherent presentation. Express thoughts using precise meaning in complex scenarios . Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Finance Modeler or similar role. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in contact centers/business process outsourcing Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, Python, R, etc.). Strong quantitative and analytical abilities. Knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented and able to work independently. Problem-solving mindset. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus. Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience.
