Segoso has an outstanding opportunity for an Back-Office Support Agent to join the Back Office Team of one of the most exciting and fastest growing companies in the industry. As a leader in the ARM (Accounts Receivables Management) space, we pride ourselves on our ability to attract and hire the most qualified candidates in the area. This position will be located at our Jamaica Corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a p roven track record of handling a wide range of administrative related tasks, proficiency working within Microsoft Excel and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide accurate, timely data to management, and maintain proper documentation. Ability to email quickly and accurately with professional etiquette. Respond tactfully and promptly to inquiries and problems within scope of established authority. Prepare special reports requiring the selection of relevant information from a variety of sources. Job Requirements 6 Months or more of hands-on administrative support experience. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Customer Service & Data Entry. Strong communication skills both verbal and written 30 WPM and above typing speed. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to interact, communicate and collaborate effectively with employees and coworkers.
